Senior journalist and Chairperson of BWJA, Karamat Qayoom told Early Times that media has been gagged every time in Baramulla district over different issues on one or the other pretext.
"Being a fourth estate of the democracy, when we are not allowed to cover these events, then how is it possible to bring the reality of these meeting before the general public," said Chairperson BWJA.
