Over 4000 job aspirants to appear in SSB test at Kishtwar | Arrangements finalized for SSB exams to be held on Feb 21 | | Asif Iqbal Naik KISHTWAR, Feb 18: After a weeklong exercise, the District administration Kishtwar today finalized the arrangements for conducting free and fair examination for various posts advertised by the Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) in which over 4000 job aspirants from various parts of the District are schedule to take part on February 21. Earlier the test for Kishtwar aspirants was supposed to be held at Doda, but after hard perusal of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, JKSSB agreed to conduct the examination at Kishtwar. As per the details available with "Early Times", the committee of Kishtwar administration headed by ADC Kishtwar Kishore Lal Sharma who is also the chief inspector of the JKSSB examination for Kishtwar District under the supervision of DC Kishtwar Ghulam Nabi Balwan identified and fixed space for 4116 students spread over 12 different locations within Kishtwar Municipality limits. The maximum number of strength will be of 1200 candidates who could be accommodated at Islamia Fareediya Higher Secondary School Kishtwar while rest of the candidate will be accommodated at GDC Kishtwar (350), HSS Boys (700), HSS Girls (350), Adarsh Balniketan (101), BVM HS Kishtwar (260), Daffodil Model Public School (190), Green Model Academy (150), SDM Public School (190), New Era Public School (210), Kendriya Vidaalaya Kishtwar (250) and ITI Kishtwar (160). Keeping in view of the past experience after reports of mass copying, JKSSB is likely to videograph the whole examination, beside the District SSP has also been asked to provide full security cover in and around examination centres so that outside intervention could be checked. |
