Udhampur, Mar 3 : The Department of Physics and Electronics of Government Degree College Udhampur today organized Expert lecture on 'Material Science and its Applications in Science and Technology under Star College Scheme' here at college campus. Accordihng to press release, Dr. B L Gupta, Nodal officer Cluster University Jammu was the resource person. He explained in detail the smartness of the materials and their fascinating applications influencing our day to day life. On the occasion students also raised certain queries which were answered by the resource person. Earlier, Principal of the College Prof. S.S Bhalwal introduced and welcomed the resource person. The large numbers of students were present. Dr. Udhey Bhanu, Convener Star College Scheme and the faculty members Prof. Suresh Kr. Dogra, Prof. Kamal Kishore, Prof. Hans Raj Sharma, Prof. Sarita Parihar, Prof. Renuka and Prof. Shivani Dogra were also present on the occasion. |
