Mehbooba chairs party meet in Jammu 3/3/2016 11:57:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 3: Although there is no formal talks between PDP and BJP over formation of government in the state, Mehbooba Mufti, PDP president, today called an unscheduled meeting of party legislators at Jammu this evening. In the meeting, PDP chief sought opinion of the legislators in this regard. Credible sources in the PDP said during the meeting party legislators gave their view point over prevailing political situation in the State. Legislators in the meeting, sources said, were of the opinion that party high command should take a final call on government formation. They suggested that ever pros and cons should be taken into consideration while talking decision on government formation in the state. They also suggested that party leadership should also review 10 months performance of the previous government headed by Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Sources further revealed that some of the participants of the meeting suggested that instead of taking any haste decision every aspect should be taken into consideration. Credible sources further said participants in the meeting were of the view that formation of government was in the interest of the party.
