Jammu, Mar 3 : President Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee and former MLA Indu Pawar stressed for preparedness of party for the coming Municipal and Local Bodies elections in the state. According to press release, a meeting of Mahila Congress was held in Party Headquarters at Shahidi Chowk, Jammu today. Addressing the meeting Pawar stressed for preparedness of party for the coming Municipal and Local Bodies elections in the state. She asked office bearers & workers to start mass contact programme with the voters and public. She further said that Congress has served this state and has presence in all the three regions of state and the the party leaders have done very good work. Mahila Congress workers come out in large numbers and start holding village level, ward level/Panchayat level meetings and discharge their duty to strengthen the party. Pawar also discusses about the celebration of Women's Day on 8th March she asked Mahila workers to undertake some work for helping the neglected women of society & have maximum access with don trodden women of our society who have been left helpless due to circumstance.
