J&K Bank organizes customer meet at Katra 4/8/2016 10:32:55 PM Early Times Report Katra, Apr 8: J&K Bank today organized a 'Customer Meet' at Katra in District Reasi, which was presided over by its Executive President Parvez Ahmad. The bank's Senior President Mohammad Syed Wani, Vice President Sudhir Gupta and Zonal Head, Jammu North (II) Ashutosh Sareen and MLC Jugal Kishore were also present in the meeting attended by President Hotel Association Katra Rakesh Wazir besides a group of valuable customers comprising of senior citizens, businessmen, shopkeepers, villagers, retired employees and others. Speaking on the occasion, Executive President Parvez Ahmad said, "J&K Bank is not just another commercial bank but a financial institution with a mission to empower the people from all walks of life." "We understand socio-economic terrain of this state very well and have a wide-range of tailor-made products designed according to the varied and growing needs of people belonging to different segments of economy and society. Besides, we are expanding further across the state to make world-class banking services and facilities accessible to more and more people through an evolving blend of financial-inclusion with different communication and technology platforms", he added. Senior President Mohammad Sayed Wani deliberated on the importance of customer satisfaction. "These meets are a regular feature to listen to the suggestions and important feedback from our customers", he said. He assured the audience that the bank would continue to provide best customer service to meet expectations of customers. MLC Jugal Kishore thanked the bank management for organizing the customer meet and addressing the issues of customers in an appropriate manner. President Hotel Association Katra Rakesh Wazir also thanked the bank management for its appreciable services there.
