Early Times Report

Jammu, Jun 4: The activists of Sangarsh- A Civic Movement for Justice, Equality, Peace, Prosperity and Brotherhood today expressed its concerns over the non execution of the forensics laboratory report of the much hyped and published scholarship scam of BGSB University.
Interacting with the media personals State Vice President of the movement Adv.Shokit Ali claimed that since last year SIT (Special Investigation Team) worked with slow pace and it took more than nine months for FSL to furnish its report but irony of the matter is that much delayed FSL report yet has not been executed in true letter and spirit.
Advocate Shokit added if any office or any quarter tried even a bit to conceal the truth then the organisation is left with no option but to take to RTI, PIL, gathering public opinion and to knock the door of apex authorities like CBI probe.
Speaking in this meeting, Member Central Group Sangarsh, Farooq Lone lambasted all those persons including some political leaders who are shielding the main culprit of the scam including the then registrar of the BGSBU and demanded action against all involved. He also alleged that that some quarters are hindering the smooth functioning of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) for their vested interests. District Observer Adv.Israr Mirza urged the Police authorities to made the FSL document public as it is the concern of every individual.
Meanwhile District Secretary Rajkumar warned the officials at helm of affairs for another stir if any deviation from free and fair trial happened.
