Doda, June 4:In order to curb the menace of absenteeism culture, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Thathri Akther Hussain Qazi today conducted surprise visits to various offices in Bhella and placed 12 employees under suspension with immediate effect till pending inquiry after they were found absent from their duties.
As per Order No SDM/T/261-68, Munshi Ram, Irshad Ahmed both JE,s posted in PHE Sub Division Bhella, Dr Sadeeq, Dr Deepaka both posted as Medical Officer Primary Health Center Bhella, Farhat Hussain, Health Educator, PHC Bhella, Parveen Kumar lecturer Zoology, Tariq Hussain Lecturer English, Braham Lal Class IV employee all posted at Higher Secondary School Bhella and Anganwari workers/Helpers posted at AWC Bhella A and Bhella B were placed under suspension.The copy of the suspension of absentees has also been communicated to Deputy Commissioner Doda for confirmation of the action taken. Meanwhile DC Doda has confirmed the suspension of the erring officers who were found absent from their duties. The local people hails the action of newly posted SDM Thathri and urged him to conduct regular inspections of government offices where absenteeism is rampant.
SDM Akther Hussain Qazi assured the people that he will take stern action against the absentees' employees and seeks public cooperation in this regard. |
