MPEJ demands separate Chairmen, Secretaries for JKBOSE 6/13/2016 11:38:56 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 13: The members of the Movement for Peace Equality & Justice have appealed to Chief Minister, Dy. Chief Minister & Education Minister that in view of the great hardships that the public is facing because of there being one Chairman & one Secretary for J&K State Board of School Education, provision for two Chairmen & two Secretaries. As per press release, the members said that both officers remain in one division for six months and during that the other division suffers as there are certain powers which the Joint Secretary does not have.
