| JTC, SKF holds joint meeting | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 13: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) was held today under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita. During the course of meeting the participants have expressed their graved concern over the Government's attitude for according permission to the separatists for holding seminar for opposing bring up Sainik Colony and Colonies / Townships for Kashmiri Pandit Community, in Kashmir Valley. While addressing the participants Pandita has expressed his anguish over the leaders of BJP who are mere spectators of the happenings in Kashmir Valley. He has said it seems that the BJP has befooled the masses to come to power and reign state with partnership of PDP. Pandita has said Hurriyat Conference as well as separatists are misleading the general masses by opposing permanent rehabilitation of Kashmir Pandit Community when they are not the representatives of the Community to decide for the Community. He has said that rehabilitation of Pandit Community in Townships will boost trade and economy in the Valley. They demanded that Government should come forward for immediate bringing up satellite Township in Kashmir Valley for safe return and dignified and peaceful living of the Community which is at the extinguishing point due to migration from past 27 years. Raj Kumar Tickoo, Sunil Koul, R K Raina, Raj Kumar Bhat, Hari Krishan Pandita and Shuban Raina were also attended the meeting. |
