Udhampur, June 21: A woman reportedly died when Jammu Mail hit her at near Satyani on jammu Udhampur Railway Track. "The Deceased identified as Kanta Devi (40) wife of Bittu Ram of Rathian Udhampur, police sources said. According to the reports a Jammu Mail on its way from Katra to Jammu hit one woman pedestrian at near Satyani (Roun Domal) area of jammu Udhampur railway track. "Govt Railway Police (GRP) police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to District Hospital (DH) Udhampur where doctors pronounced the injured as brought dead, police sources said. Meanwhile Railway Police have registered a case under section 174 and started investigations in this regard. |
