No takers for BJP's excuses to delay resolution of refugees' issues

Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 21: The power hungry BJP leadership appears to be have taken people of Jammu for granted as party is indulging in deceitful tactics to hoodwink the masses, who had voted enmass to the party in Assembly and Lok Sabha polls.
In its recently held state executive committee, party in a bid to befool the people, had passed resolutions demanding speedy implementation of package for PoK refugees and settlement of West Pakistani refugees on humanitarian grounds.
Shockingly party has been in power in J&K for the last over one year and BJP led NDA government has completed two years in power at the Centre but still party leadership is passing resolution to address to those which were on the top of the party's agenda in the Parliamentary and Assembly polls.
Instead of setting up a time frame to solve these problems, which are top on BJP's election manifesto, party leadership after attaining power is now shamelessly looking for excuses to get resolution of these issues delayed. Party is in power both at the Centre and in the State, so there is no one to buy such excuses of the party.
Important to mention here that on Sunday, BJP in its executive committee meeting demanded speeding up of the implementation of Rs 2000 crore package for PoK refugees announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a part of Rs 80,000 crore package for the State last year, implementation of much talked about employment package for Kashmiri migrants announced way back in 2008 and settlement of issue of West Pak refugees on humanitarian grounds.
The demand was made by the BJP leaders while speaking on political and developmental resolution moved in the Party's one day State Executive meeting on Sunday. The resolution pertaining to prevailing political situation in the State, developmental programmes under taken by both Modi Government at Centre and coalition in the State etc.
The members while suggesting the amendments in the resolution demanded that no further delay be made in implementation of the package for PoK refugees. They also stressed that PM's job package for Kashmiri migrants which is hanging in balance be implemented on war footing basis and the issue of West Pakistan refugees who are craving for grant of citizenship rights for decades together be settled on humanitarian grounds.
