Early Times Report JAMMU, June 21: BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav's conspicuous absent in state executive committee meeting of the BJP has raised many eye-brows because the all powerful general secretary was scheduled to address to concluding session of the meet. Party had also announced that two national general secretaries Ram Madhav and Ram Lal (both RSS's pointmen in the party) would participate in the meeting. Credible sources in the BJP said that Ram Madhav had, at the eleventh hour, informed state party leadership that he was not going to attend the state executive committee meeting due to some unavoidable circumstances. Ram Madhav, who was instrumental in formation of PDP-BJP government in J&K, is reportedly annoyed with the style of functioning of some of the party ministers in the coalition. BJP high command has taken very serious note of the growing anger among nationalist forces in Jammu and Kashmir because BJP's representatives in the coalition have failed to pursue nationalist agenda in the government. Most of the BJP ministers are furthering their personal agenda by ignoring the core issues of the party. High command, sources said, has brought this matter to the notice of Ram Madhav, who has reportedly sounded BJP ministers about high command's concern. Credible sources further revealed that to express his anger against BJP ministers' failure, Ram Madhav had decided to skip the important state executive committee meeting. Secondly, Ram Madhav was very much aware that he will face some difficult questions of the workers so he preferred not to attend the meeting.
