Jammu, June 21: Nami Dogri Sanstha today organised a Kavi Goshti at Rajput Sabha, Purani Mandi.
According to press release, those who participated in the Goshti were Arsh Om Dalmotra, Satvir Jamwal, Randhir Singh Raipuria, Yash Pal Yash, Sham Samnotra, Sardar Manjeet Singh Kamra, Somraj Taroch, Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila, President, Nami Dogri Sanstha (Regd.), Sham Talib, President, Adbi Kunj (J&K), Arun Slan, Satvir Singh and Manoj Bakshi.
Thakur Narayan Singh in his presidential address said that Nami Dogri Sanstha (Regd.) has been doing a remarkable job by regularly organising programmes for the promotion and welfare of Dogri language and culture. He also praised Sham Samnotra and Satvir Jamwal for singing Dogri songs in their melodious voices. In the end, Thakur Narayan Singh congratulated Nami Dogri Sanstha (Regd.) for their services and efforts.
Randhir Singh Raipuria, President, Dogra Mandal, Jammu compered the programme in a very befitting manner and vote of thanks was presented by Yash Pal 'Yash', General Secretary, Nami Dogri Sanstha (Regd.)
Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila welcomed the participants and did a critical analysis of the poetry presented by poets. |
