Principal conclave-2016 held 7/2/2016 9:49:33 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, July 2: Principal's conclave-2016 which was organised by the Army under the initiatives taken by HQs Northern Command was held at Goodwill Public School (AGPS) at Rajouri was concluded today Isar Nabi Qureshi, Associate Vice President, Dale Carnegie-Walchand People First Ltd (DCWPFL) led the program at AGPS and the conclave covered various aspects within the sphere of 'transformational leadership' which included personality development, communication skill, and conflict & time management. While appreciating the tie up between the Indian Army and DCWPFL, Israr Qureshi said: "This is a project of Nation building and when committed partners come together, we can expect a stronger India in the future". "Bharti Foundation team supported the Conclave by providing various tools and templates to the Principals, which will guide them to design effective academic schedules and would assist in productive analysis of the teachers" said senior army officer.
