Jammu, July 2: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today staged protest demonstration at in front the Gate of AEE Office Power House Janipur, demanding regular power supply. According to press release, addressing the protesters Neeraj Gupta said that the sitting MLA was least bothered about the problems being faced by people of the area. "People are fed up of the unscheduled cuts and fluctuation at Ward No. 37, Janipur Colony. During these days when summer is at peak without electricity the people are forced to live a miserable life, students cannot study properly. The old man, ill people, women all are forced to live life in an unbearable hot and sunny days without electricity", he said.
He demanded that the Govt. should immediately took proper initiatives to improve regularize the electricity supply in the area and also put a check on this apply so that due to fluctuation the people might not bear loss.
Surjeet Singh Sambyal Zonal General Secretary, Sh.Kewel Sharma Ward General Secretary, Avtar Singh, Bunty, Neelu Sharma, Sudesh Rani, Sonu were also among the protesters. |
