BBIA deputation calls on Chief Engineer 7/2/2016 11:01:34 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 2: A deputation of the Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) called on Chief Engineer, Power Development Department and apprised him deteriorating power supply in SIDCO Industrial Complex, Bari Brahmana for the last 15 days. According to press release, President of the association, Lalit Mahajan strongly flayed the working of PDD and said nobody is accountable for repeated power failures in the industrial area for the power supply being fed through 50X2 MW Grid Station & BB-I Receiving Station. The receiving stations are in shambles due to non availability of spares, damaged panels and it will take hours to restore the power supply in case of any break down in the System. Further, he raised serious concern about the frequent tripping of power supply from both the 50X2MVA Grid Station and BBI Receiving Station, due to which the unit holders getting loss. Chief Engineer assured the delegation necessary steps would be taken soon and issued issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials in this regard to ensure uninterrupted Power supply to Industrial Sector of Bari Brahmana.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
