BSNL introduces 'Student Special Plan' on promotional basis 7/3/2016 10:25:43 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 3: State owned telecom giant Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced Student Special Plan on promotional basis under prepaid mobile services. This special plan voucher of Rs. 118/-(incl of S.Tax)allow 1 GB data for 30 days and special benefit of Rs.10/- talk value. This plan also provides students reduced call rate & SMS. The above plan has been implemented with effect from 25.06.2016 on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in J&K Circle.
