As per press release, the BL Kapoor said that the employees of the State government are part and parcel of the government as well as the state of Jammu and Kashmir as the employees especially low paid employees who have been facing difficulties because of pay anomaly since long the previous 6th Pay Commission Report also deprived them of their actual applicable scale and employees have been waiting for redressal of the demand but gave deaf ear resulting there is huge resentment among the employees (Clerical Staff) they were given 1800 basic pay instead of 2400 and 2800 which is self speaking injustice meted out with the employees. Kapoor further said that all matters in connection with the employees of the state such as anomaly in Pay Scales, regularization etc may be redressed on priority basis show that the employees may not suffer any more especially when the price hike is touching the sky and unable to meet both the ends and also because of the state of Jammu and Kashmir which is almost reined due to militancy for the decayed together and everybody in the state have become victim by one way or the other as the farmers near the borders LOC have been under the grip of dangers and unable to live peacefully. On the other hand the other people of all walk of life are terrorized resulting facing a high downfall and poor became poorer. |
