Kathua, July 3: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma ex MoS and General Secretary Pardesh Congress Committee PCC today inaugurated community kitchen duly organized by Baba Barfani Sewa Mandal, BBSM, Moga in 16th times at Chan Arrorian, 20 km here from Kathua town.
Chander Shekher Sood President of BBSM, Subash Gupta, ex MLC J&K and members of the mandal were also present and shouted slogan in praise of Lord Shiva.
BBSM that has 47 branches in India and three in abroad in New Zealand, Australia and Canda, used to organize such Community Kitchen from last 16 consecutive years. The mandal provides Medicines, wash rooms and night stay facilities in addition to 24 hours meal facility. During his speech to devotees, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, appreciated the efforts being done by mandal and provide first class facilities to pilgrims to make their journey more comfort. He wished to have such facilities in throughout the pilgrimage period.
Subash Gupta, Ex MLC hailed security arrangements being provided to the venue and informed that Local Police Army, CRPF, Civil defence, SSB and SDRF are being deployed to provide security throughout the route to holy cave.
He informed that many terror attacked incident occurred in surrounding of this venue so we all must alert throughout the pilgrimage. He expressed gratitude to SSP Kathua for providing apposite security arrangement in the venue of community Kitchen. |
