Jammu, July 4: Narender Tokas, board member of Global Institute of Technology and Management (GITM) while addressing the press conference in Jammu and Kashmir gave a glimpse of the vision and philosophy of the institute, which has now become a prominent education establishment for engineering and management since its foundation in 2008. Tokas said, "As today's world has enormous carrier opportunities in technology and shows a promising economic growth, Global institute aims to provide quality engineering and management education. As around 60% students at Global institute are from outstation our institute tries to provide home away from home atmosphere in terms of campus life and hostel accommodation." Tokas said at the Gurgaon-based institute, students are considered as a part of family, and faculty members take personal interest in the accomplishment of carrier goals of each student. Speaking about placements, he said Global is committed to impart training to the students to develop entrepreneurial skills. "We work as a facilitator in order to grow and train young minds to meet the growing needs of the market," added Tokas. |
