Poor BSNL services irking Doda residents 10/3/2016 10:35:02 PM Early Times Report Doda, Oct 3: Extremely poor services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Chenab Region of Doda are frustrating the people of Doda as concerned officials of BSNL Office Doda failed to provide fresh broadband connections among new customers from the last 3 months which causes great inconvenience to them. The public of Doda have expressed resentments a number of times and demanded that BSNL should provide its services upto the satisfaction of the public but the employees from top to bottom working in BSNL Office Doda always turned a deaf ears to the problems of its customers. Ashok, one of the customer who have applied for fresh broadband connection said that I have applied for the same in the month of August 2016 but sofar the BSNL Officials failed to provide me the broadband connection despite so many reminders and requests made to concerned SDO and JE. Similarly same complaints have been raised by scores of other customers that they have applied for broadband connection but sofar only assurances have been given to them with the excuse that broadband pairs are not available with them and even many of customers have made their payments in advance. Some customers while taking to this media alleged that the concerned JE in BSNL Office at Doda is using fresh broadband connections to influential persons only thus by keeping other broadband forms on waiting. This poor and callous attitude from BSNL Authorites have irked the public of Doda who have appealed the General Manager BSNL J&K to personally look into this issue and direct the concerned officials to provide the broadband connections without any further delay. It is worthwhile to mention here that whether it is BSNL mobile service or internet connectivity, the poor signal strength and slow speed are general complaints of BSNL subscribers who are paying crores of rupees to the company and in reply they are getting extremely low quality of services.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
