| CEO Kathua turns bully, hurls abuses at visitors | | Video goes viral on social networking sites | | G S Asgotra

Jammu, Oct 3: The Chief Education Officer Kathua appears to have crossed all limits of decency while dealing with the people, particularly his subordinates.
A video has gone viral on social networking sites showing the CEO, Balbir Singh, hurling abuses and choicest invectives at a man visiting his office.
In the video, a person in cream colour shirt is seen entering the CEO's office and expressed his objection over the transfer of some female teacher. The CEO in his reply says, "Aap fazool ki batain maat karo…Chalo chalo bahar Chalo…Agar main galat houn tau mere khilaf complaint karo". (Stop absurd talk…Get out…Get out…If I am wrong….lodge a complaint against me).
The man in cream shirt says, "Administration yahan par aapko sirf dismiss karne kai liye bithai hai….Aapne ek lady ko itni doer transfer kar diya…(You have kept administration only for dismissing…..you have transferred a lady teacher to a far flung area) ".
The CEO replies, "Ja ja apna kam kar (Go Go do your work). The man says, "Bakwas band kar….Isi tan dismiss karna chahidayen (Shut your mouth….he must be dismissed".
On hearing these words, the CEO loses patience, stands up from his chair and says, "Bakwas band kr….Galas maranga…*$£X£@".
The other people present in the CEO office are seen intervening. They catch hold of the man, who levels another allegation, "Tun afsar hoye ke gallan kada na…Main tere khilaf FIR krani hai…Transfer industry Chalanda Eh…… (Being an officer, you are abusing…I will file FIR…he is running transfer industry".
The CEO is found continuing hurling abuses amid din in the room.
Strongly castigating the CEO, a teacher said, "The CEO is of the habit of abusing those who come with grievances. If the CEO will use all means to snub and used un-parliamentary language rather than giving patient hearing to aggrieved teachers, why such inefficient person is appointed as CEO Kathua".
The teacher further alleged that transfer industry has been working round the clock in Kathua but higher officials have not been taking any action, due to strong political and administrative patronage.
The teachers appealed Education Minister to take cognizance of matter and take strict action against the official without any further delay. A Vigilance enquiry must be initiated against CEO, they demanded. |
