Dr AD Singh attached to DHS, DrChalotra appointed as MS SSH 10/3/2016 10:35:56 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 3: Taking cognizance in various complaints and reports in regard to total mess and chaos prevailing in Super Speciality Hospital (SSH) Jammu, the authorities have attached Dr A D Singh to Doctorate Health Services (DHS) Jammu and appointed Dr Manoj Chalotra as new Medical Superintendent (MS) to SSH Jammu who will also hold additional in-charge of Chest and Disease Hospital Jammu. As per official sources told Early Times that an order in this regard was issued by Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, particularly after receiving complaints against Dr AD Singh for his failure to handle the affairs of SSH Jammu for last more than 20 days where the patients' attendants come on roads alleging the department for not providing basic medical facilities in the hospital. Different groups of doctors as well as civil society too have approached the Minister for Health and Medical Education Department and registered their resentment towards the MS of SSH Jammu.
