All JK Plus 2 lecturers organizes condolence meet 10/3/2016 10:40:27 PM Early Times Report Udhampur Oct 3: The District Udhampur unit of All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers' Forum organised a Condolence Meet to condole the sad and untimely demise of Talib Hussain, who was serving as Lecturer in Hindi in Govt.Hr.Sec.School, Mansar.The speakers said that the news of his sudden demise has come as a shock to the Plus 2 Cadre and his demise is an irreparable loss to his family members and also to the School Education Department.
