Balloon with message found on IB in Jammu 10/3/2016 10:42:34 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 3: A balloon with a message from across the border was today found on Indo-Pak international border in Arnia Sector of this winter capital. A balloon coming from Pakistan side this morning fell in Trewa area of Arnia Sector and it was noticed by one Sunil Kumar, a local, who informed the police. Police rushed to the spot and seized the balloon, which carried a message in Urdu language 'Har Kaam Tasali Bakhsh Kiya Jayega'.
