Legal Metrology Deptt books LPG dealer for excess charging 2/2/2015 11:09:13 PM Early Times Report Budgam, Feb 2: Following complaints from by public therein alleging that a sub-stockiest of a Gas distributor was selling refill gas cylinders at exorbitant rate in the Budgam area, the Legal Metrology Department under the supervision of Assistant Controller conducted a surprise inspection of the spot and booked the erring stockiest. According to official spokesperson of Legal Metrology Department, the enforcement team booked the stockiest on spot and slapped a fine of Rs. 5000/- for the lapse.
