Jammuites demand CBI probe into SIT role in Chopra murders 2/3/2015 12:22:05 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 2: Let those, who had run the SIT (special investigation team of police) in the Chopra family murders, be also exposed and taken to task, said the Jammuites who called up Early Times this evening. They asked for a thorough probe into the SIT role in the case and also the role of its "high profile" managers. They also emphasised the need for a high-level probe into the role of "senior" police officers of SIT and the exposure of those at whose instance SIT was formed. The people of Jammu also want to know about the real "culprits" behind the sensational Chopra family murders. They demanded a CBI probe into the gory incident. They felt that there was a bigger conspiracy behind the murders than what the SIT officers had shared with the media in their press conferences. They also did not rule out the possibility of involvement of some "cops" in the incident.
