Citizenship rights to West Pak refugees: What are Rana and Arora's stand? 'WPRs to gherao Rana, Arora residences, force them to speak' 2/3/2015 12:23:33 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 2: While as Congress leaders of Jammu region have openly supported citizenship right for West Pakistani refugees, it is time for Jammu based National Conference leaders to clear their stand on this human problem. Newly elected MLAs of National Conference from Jammu district namely Devender Singh Rana from Nagrota and Kamal Arora from Bishnah have to clear their stand on this human problem. People are asking whether Rana and Arora are with Hurriyat Conference or they are with people of Jammu region and other parts of the country. There are large numbers of families of West Pakistani refugees in Bishnah assembly segment so he has to clear his stand. Highly placed sources said that in today's meeting, West Pakistani refugees leaders have decided to mount pressure on Rana and Arora to clear their stand on their miseries.
