Relatives of Wazir brothers demand inquiry against SIT

JAMMU, Feb 2: With the Court acquitting Nagar and Wazir brothers who were accused in the murder of Chopra family, many an eyebrows are now being raised on the investigation done by the SIT constituted to inquire into the crime.
As per family sources of Wazir brothers, they were falsely implicated by the police team, adding, even the witnesses were tortured to depose against them; however, they admitted before the court that they were forced by the police team to become witnesses of the case, refusing which they were physically tortured . Though, expressed their sympathy to the Chopra family which got gruesomely murdered, the relatives of Wazir brothers demanded inquiry against the bureaucrats and police officers who attempted to implicate them and put them in the slough of despondency, harassed them and got them jailed for no fault.
