Absconder held after 2 years 2/2/2015 11:37:56 PM Jammu, Feb 2 : Police today arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for last two years and a warrant u/s 512 CrPC also stands issued against him. Police have identified the accused namely as Raj Kumar of Patta Bohri, Jammu. “On specific information about the movement of absconder, a police party led by SI Deepak Katoch in-charge police post Chinore under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sanjay parihar and SP Rural Rajiv Pandey raided at Patta Bohri Chowk and arrested him, police sources said.   They said that  a warrant u/s 512 CrPC have been issued by CJM Jammu against the accused in a case under FIR No 76/2006 u/s 279 and 304 A of RPC registered in Police Station Domana.
