3 bovine rescued, two held

UDHAMPUR, Aug 16: Police today rescued three bovine animals and arrested two persons in Flata National Highway Udhampur. Reports said that on specific information, a police party of police station Rehambel laid a surprise naka near Flata at National Highway and intercepted a TATA load carrier without number, during the thorough search, the vehicle was found carrying three bovine animals. They were illegally transporting the bovine animals towards Kashmir. Police arrested two persons who have identified as Roshan son of Bashir of Rakh Brota and Nur Alam son of Saber Ali of Talwara. A case Under Section 188/RPC 3 PCA Act stands registered at Police Station Rehambal and further investigation going on.
