Construction material blocks main entrance of Mansar 8/17/2015 12:18:21 AM Early Times Report Samba, Aug 16: The main entrance of Mansar stairs is blocked with construction material that has been dumped there as the CEO Mansar Surinsar Development Authority watches helplessly. The main gate of the Mansar welcomes the tourist with dumped building construction material. The Mansar Surinsar Development Authority has failed to remove this material from the spot. The Mansar road is also in bad condition subjecting visitors to inconvenience.
