Army vehicle hits Alto car 1/5/2016 11:46:07 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Jan 5: An army vehicle of 28 Regiment hit an Alto car at Chanderkote area of the district today. Police said that army vehicle bearing registration no 12T026978N on its way from Ramban to Udhampur hit a car bearing chassis no MA3EDE1S00228660AKR4CD30, which was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu The driver of the army vehicle was identified as Naik Sumesh Kumar whereas the alto driver was Shabir Ahmed Khan son of Manzoor Ahmed Khan resident of Shopian.
