Mir designated as Commissioner Secretary Law 1/13/2016 11:37:56 PM JAMMU, Jan 13: As per Government order issued by the General Administration Department here, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Secretary, Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs has been designated as Commissioner Secretary, Law Justice & Parliamentary Affairs.
