State BJP leaders give wrong feedback to Central leadership | | | Early Times Report jammu, Feb 28: Central leadership of BJP has sidelined its State unit in the forming re-forming alliance with PDP because none of the J&K BJP leader is involved in the talks which are going on in Delhi to sort out contentious issues. BJP's Central leadership is dealing with the issue without sharing information with the State unit. Credible sources in the BJP said that some power hungry BJP leaders, especially some former Ministers, have reportedly given wrong feedback to Central leadership about 10 months achievements of the previous Government, which was headed by Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Some former Ministers have told the Central leadership that popularity of BJP was on its top during the last 10 months when the party was sharing power with the PDP. These Ministers, indeed, told their Central leaders that continuation of alliance with PDP is in the interest of the party as well as the party so Central leadership should immediately accept all conditions set up the PDP. Credible sources said that after getting information from the State unit, the Central leadership has sought feedback from intelligence agencies which was completely contradict of what local leadership has given. Stunned by the completely contradictory feedback from State unit and intelligence agencies, the BJP Central leadership crossed check and it was established that State unit has given wrong feedback just to enjoy power with PDP. Now the Central leadership has decided not to involve power hungry leaders in the process of forming Government because it has been established that one and only aim of local BJP leaders is to become part of the power at any cost. They are ready to even accept some of the controversial demands of the PDP. Meanwhile, credible sources said, that BJP's point man, Ram Madhav is holding discussions with some of the senior PDP leaders including some former Ministers at New Delhi. Three former PDP Ministers are camping at New Delhi and their meetings with Ram Madhav have been going unabated. |
