Kathua, Mar 1: A delegation of Incharge School Educations Officers/Lecturers and teachers (SEECC) led by its Provincial President Amar Nath Thakur called on Pervez Dewan advisor to Governor N.N. Vohra the Civil Secretariat and presented two separate memorandum of demands of Incharge school education Officers/Lecturers and teachers. The main demands presented and discussed during the meeting were regularization of all incharge school education Officers/Lecturers (Joint Directors, CEO's Principal, ZEO's, Lecturers and Head masters) not regularized since 2001 to 2015 as per SRO-166 GAD OF 2005 and SRO 481 Edu. of 2010, implementation of order No. 252HE of 2012 and circular No. 17 of GAD 2012 regarding distance mode degrees recognized by UGC and DEC, running grade to +2 lecturers, release of salary of teachers working under SSA, RMSA, KGBV and MDM Schemes and clearing all pending liabilities of 6th pay commission instalments and MDM, implementation of new transfer policy without risk and choose victimization transfer policy for ReT teachers also regularization of ReT teachers having distance mode degrees acquired from Universities recognized by UGC and DEC, removal of pay anomaly of Pre-revised grade (6500-10500), stopping of mass promotion policy for quality education and improving result percentage, regularization of KGBV teachers sitting or hunger strike, creation of HRM cell in education department, repatriation of Masters, lectures, Principals under new transfer policy etc. |
