Dilapidated Sarwal road givs hiccups to patients 3/1/2016 11:31:32 PM Mohd Irfan Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 1 : The Sarwal -Janipur road is craving for repairs for the past several months. The authorities seem in no mood to take action as patients going to hospital suffer. The indifference of th authorities has evoked severe criticism. A group of concerned citizens while showing their anger sought immediate repair of the vital road. The dilapidated road also affects the business adversely, they said. They also said the dust causes severe chest, eye and throat ailments in the area.
