| Jammu, Mar 1: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Romeo Force organised a lecture on join the Indian Army at Government High School, Dhargloon, district Rajouri. The lecture imparted correct direction to unemployed youth, so that they could encash various opportunities available and apply for jobs in the Indian Army as also in State/Central Government Departments to include the corporate world. Participants were given knowledge of basic requirement for selection i.e., education qualification and also regarding selection process to include entrance exams. Participants were also given leaflets having information of recruitment into the Army. With the change in the socio-economic structure of the society in the present environment, unemployment is the prime cause of concern and is being addressed by the Indian Army in the region.This initiative received the desired social response and was widely appreciated by the locals, especially the youth of the area. |
