Workshop on 'ICT In Education' organized 3/1/2016 11:59:05 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, March 1 : Government College of Education today kick started five day workshop on "ICT in Education" here today and will be culminated on March 5, 2016. According to press release, the inaugural function was presided over by Principal of the college Prof(Dr) Kaushal Smotra. The Chief Guest in the occasion was Prof. (Dr) Rajeev Rattan Sharma, Department of Education, University of Jammu. In his key note address he highlighted that in today's time technology has gone beyond the stereotypical ideas of computers only. The whole idea of technology has wonderfully blended in different segments of learning and professionalism. He further added how technology can be integrated with the conventional classroom and creates a wonderful link to transmit knowledge. The in-service teachers of various Govt.
