The experts used their expertise and left with reports in the hands of JKCA.
11 years have passed, political statements have become routine, four governments have exchanged offices and too much has happened in the BCCI. But what to talk stadium, even the foundation stone has not been laid. The foundation stone for the international stadium at Bajalta was supposed to be laid on March 18, 2012 but it is one such stone which the politicians have desisted to lay.
