Tarigami condemns Tral killing, demands judicial probe 4/15/2015 11:49:22 PM Srinagar, Apr 15: CPI (M) leader and MLA Kulgam Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami condemned the killing of youth Mohd Khaalid Wani of Tral. Expressing deep concern over the incident he demanded a magisterial enquiry of the killing so that those responsible are booked under law. In a statement issued here, he said that the killing has evoked deep resentment and anger among the local people and suggested for effective preventive measures to safe guard the human rights in the state. Stating the Kashmir situation should not be dealt with force and harsh measures, he said that the arrest of Mohammad Yasin Malik and re-arrest of Masrat Aalam, who was released after a long period, could also hamper the restoration of peace and normalcy in the state.
