Jammu, Apr 15: Kishtwar police today arrested a murder accused identified by the police sources as Arif Hussain son of Abdul Rashid Butt resident of Asrarabad Kishtwar.
As per the details available with "Early Times", Kishtwar police party lead by SHO Kishtwar Sameer Geelani on the basis of the specific input about the movement of murder accused in bus stand Kishtwar immediately swung into action and arrested the accused who was evading arrest since last nearly two years. After arresting him, police produce him before the court of session judge Kishtwar who send him to judicial custody. The accused was involved in FIR No. 145/2013 U/S 302, 436, 435, 336, 353,147,148/332/427 RPC registered at police station Kishtwar. |
