JMC continues clean drive 5/16/2015 9:59:55 PM Jammu, May 16: In continuation to monitor the special sanitation drive under the title "Clean Jammu Green Jammu" in different wards of Jammu city, Jammu Municipal Commissioner (JMC) Commissioner Saujanya Sharma alongwith Health Officer inspected ward no. 52, 53 & 54. A detailed round of different lanes and bylanes of mentioned wards was under taken by Commissioner JMC. About 30-35 truckloads of garbage, silt and wild grass was removed by sanitation staff of JMC from the lanes & drains & disposed off at Municipal dumping ground at Bhagwati Nagar Jammu under standard operating procedures. Commissioner JMC requested the general public to join the sanitation movement & make it sustainable.
