MRM criticizes for not providing ration 5/16/2015 10:05:39 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 16: Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) has expressed concern for not providing free ration to village Potha Lower of Tehsil Surankote District Poonch as per the Government order issued after heavy flood last year after heavy rains and flood. As per press release, Co-Convener of Muslim Rashtriya Manch J&K state Sheikh Mohd Bashir said certain offices of District Poonch are lying defunct and the reasons best known by the administration at Poonch.
