ABVP delegation meets CEO, demands rechecking of 11th class result

Jammu, May 16: Delegation of ABVP Jammu Mahanagar Unit under the leadership of Jammu Mahanagar Secretary Aman Sharma met with Chief Education Officer(CEO) JK Sudan regarding recent issue of failure of students of 11th class of Government Girls Higher Secondary School Mubarak Mandi, Boys Hr Sec School, RS Pura and Govt Hari Singh School.
During meeting, discussing the matter with CEO, Aman Sharma said that out of about 1500 students of these schools, more than 300 are declared failed and and these failed students are those who have secured 80-85% in 10th class. He demanded CEO to take action against responsible teachers and also demanded that papers should be rechecked properly and photo copies of papers should be given to the students.
While, CEO assured that within a week, a committee will be held to recheck the papers of failed students and strong action will be taken against irresponsible teachers.
