J&K presents challan in fake appointment case 5/16/2015 10:40:01 PM Early Times Report srinagar, May 16: The Crime Branch (CB) of Jammu and Kashmir police presented a challan before the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Srinagar in a fake appointment case, a police spokesman said here this afternoon. He said a case was registered on the directions passed by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar on October 28,2010 with regard to the complaint presented by Rafiq Ahmad Joo (Advocate). The complaint said one Ghulam Nabi Lone has been cheated by Mohammad Shafi Sofi, Mohammad Akbar Lone and Abdul Razaq Bha for providing employment to his children Reyaz Ahmad Lone and Nusrat and brother Fayaz Ahmad Lone in social welfare department and J&K High court thereby deceitfully cheating him of an amount of about Rs 6.75 lakhs by providing fake and fictitious appointment orders and fake identity cards.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
