SSF burns effigy of Controller Examination

Kathua, May 16: The Students Socialist Federation today lodged a strong protest under the leadership of S. Harmeet Singh District President Kathua Unit against the deaf and dumb attitude of Jammu University Authorities and burns the effigy of Controller of Examination.
While addressing the gathering Anmol Sharma SSF President GDC Kathua said that due to arrogant and irresponsible attitude of the Controller Examination the future of thousands of students have become dark. He further said that he is totally unacceptable and inefficient person for this job and time has come that the Vice Chancellor should immediately remove him and gave this responsibility to some other responsible and capable person. Demanding a high level probe in the recently declared result of under graduate semester Randeep Rajput said that it is very strange that the brilliant students who have secured distinctions and even positions in 10+2 examinations have been declared as failure in these examinations which is not possible. He further said that the Students Socialist Federation will not tolerate this dictatorial attitude and will intensify its agitation if the university authorities will not take any positive action and the agitation will not be stopped at any cost till its logical conclusion. Among others who were prominent in the protest were Qamar Qureshi, Pushkar Proch, Arvind Kumar, Tishant, Mohit, Danish and many others.
