Absconder held 5/16/2015 11:41:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 16: Police today arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for the last four year since 2011. According to police sources, following specific input about the presence of absconder in their area, the team of Jajjar Kotli Police conducted a raid immediately and arrested the accused. "The absconder identified namely as Manzoor Hussain s/o Karamat Ali of Ragura was wanted in case registered against FIR No: 106/2011 u/s 188/RPC at P/S Jhajjar Kotli, police sources said.
