Display your Talent for Mothers at Jammu Sanskriti School

Jammu, May 16 : Jammu Sanskriti School organized a "Display your Talent for the Mothers" of the wards of students in the school premises.
The mother of students from I to V standard enthusiastically participated in the events-"Fireless Cooking & Best out of Waste" competitions and prepared a variety of sweets and spicy cuisines in the first theme. Mothers really made treat to eye as well as to taste buds through fireless cooking and showcased their creative decorative items under II theme. The school through this competition set an idea for mothers to refine and demonstrate their skills in the area of cooking and how to reuse the things. The ceremony started with lighting of the lamp by the school principal and judges of the day. The students presented a welcome song in the honour of the participating mothers. Rohini Aima Principal cum Vice Chairperson lauded the efforts of the winners of the competition and praised the efforts put up by mothers. The programme was concluded with declaration and distribution of prizes. In the Fireless Cooking category, first prize was clinched by Inderjeet Kour, 2nd prize by Jigyesa Manhas and 3rd prize by Deepika.
In the Best out of waste, Surekha Rani got first prize, Dimple Sargotra got second prize and Harpreet Kour third prize.
The competition was judged by Sonakshi Anand, Renu Kapoor, Ritu and Tania kohli.
